1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of robosaka.net and any training service you purchase from Robosaka Ltd. They should be read with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Course information
We aim to keep course descriptions, schedules, prices and learning outcomes accurate. Minor changes may be made to keep material current, improve delivery or respond to circumstances outside our reasonable control. Material changes will be communicated to affected learners.
3. Enrolment and payment
An enrolment becomes binding when payment is accepted or we confirm a place in writing. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes or additional costs will be disclosed before payment.
4. Learner responsibilities
You must provide accurate enrolment information, use course access only for yourself unless a team licence is agreed, behave respectfully in live sessions, and not misuse the site or learning systems.
5. Intellectual property
Course materials and site content are owned by Robosaka Ltd or its licensors. Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for your own learning. You must not reproduce, resell, publish or distribute them without written permission.
6. Availability and changes
We may reschedule a live session, replace a trainer with a suitably qualified alternative or update content. If we cancel a paid programme and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we will provide an appropriate refund for the affected service.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Outcomes
We provide education and support but cannot guarantee employment, promotion, examination results or a particular commercial outcome. Results depend on factors including participation and individual circumstances.
9. Liability
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the site or training service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in the part of the UK where they live.
